Just last night, we heard that Google updated its Play Store app to support wishlists and gift cards, and now Android Central has uncovered photos of said cards, making it even more likely this new payment method will be available soon. They look just as you'd expect, with large "Google Play" branding at the top, and a tagline that reads "music, movies, books, apps & more" along the bottom. So far it looks like Google will be offering them in $10 and $25 denominations, though there certainly could be more options in the works. There's no word on when these cards will become available, but between these photos and the update to the Google Play app, we'd expect to see them roll out before too long — Google will probably want them in stores for the holiday season, if not sooner.
