The year is 1992. Tokyo lies in ruins. Toppled buildings skew the once iconic skyline. Fallen structures make the flooded streets impossible to navigate. Another building falls shaking the ground for the umpteenth time. Helicopters circle over head looking for any remaning survivors – for hope. Their spotlights can be seen for miles sweeping over the city. The army has long since stopped attacking the beast responsible for the rampage. It is clear that Godzilla cannot be stopped by our manmade weapons.
Amidst all the destruction, the pain, the suffering, one man steps out of the shadows. One man knows his weakness. After three days moving across the city in search of a sporting goods store, he found what he was looking for. Charles Barkley knows that with a basketball in hand he can challenge Godzilla to a game of one-on-one and save the city.
