Customers on Cricket will have something to look forward to at the beginning of next month, as the pre-paid carrier has announced that it will begin stocking the HTC One V smartphone in September. The One V is Cricket's first HTC device, and it also happens to be the carrier's first smartphone to come with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
Spec-wise, it's the same One V we've seen before, so you can expect to find a 3.7-inch WVGA display, a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, a 5-megapixel camera, and Beats Audio integration. We've always been a fan of the little guy in HTC's One arsenal, so much so that our own Evan Rodgers named it as one of his Favorites just this morning.
Cricket will sell the One V for $269.99 when it hits both online and real-world shelves on September 2nd.
