Major League Baseball today announced that its wildly-popular MLB At Bat app will be available for RIM's new BlackBerry 10 operating system by the start of the 2013 regular season. The news was announced via Twitter, though the official At Bat website still bears no mention of a BlackBerry app. Even so, it's a big win for RIM as the company works to ensure users will be met with an adequate lineup of third-party apps when BB10 formally launches at the end of this month. It's currently unclear whether upcoming BlackBerry devices will be able to stream live and on-demand games; Android users went through a lengthy wait before finally gaining the feature. We expect to learn more about At Bat's functionality soon. At Bat is also set to return to iOS, select Android smartphones / tablets, and Amazon's Kindle Fire.
