Motorola’s unannounced Moto G handset has been spotted at the company’s website and retail promotion cards, but Motorola is now fully teasing the upcoming device itself. A new Moto G site launched today with a simple promise of a live online announcement on November 13th. There’s little information on what to expect, with a video of the boot up animation for the Moto X alongside the teaser, but it’s clear the Moto G will be the main focus of the event in just over a week’s time.

The Moto G looks set to be a slightly less powerful alternative to Motorola’s Moto X. The leaked retail promotion card claims the handset will have a 4.5-inch 720 display, quad-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm processor, 8GB of storage, and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. It also appears to include a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 1.3-megapixel one at the front. We’ll find out exactly what Motorola has to offer with the Moto G on November 13th.
