Internet Explorer 11 is now available for all Windows 7 users. Those interested can begin downloading the browser today, while everyone else will automatically be updated within the "weeks ahead." Though Internet Explorer's latest version might look identical to IE 10, the big changes come on the inside: it includes WebGL and the same engine that the browser is using on Windows 8.1. Altogether, Microsoft says that the changes make for a browser that's much faster and more fluid when browsing websites.
