Running for president means preening and maintaining a careful appearance, but Mitt Romney was willing to open up to one outsider: Greg Whiteley, a director who spent six years filming him for the documentary Mitt. Netflix picked up the film last week, and today it's premiering the first trailer. It includes a surprisingly personal look at Romney along the campaign trail — from him traveling between debates to him ironing a tuxedo that he's already wearing — and opens with a quiet and emotional moment on Election Day as he and his family come to realize that they've lost the race. With such an intimate look at a man who could have been president, Mitt will almost certainly be a big draw for Netflix when it starts streaming on January 24th of next year.
