Irish shoegaze legends My Bloody Valentine just attempted to put their first album since 1991's acclaimed Loveless into the world, but it hasn't quite gone to plan. After posting on Facebook that mbv is live at www.mybloodyvalentine.org around half an hour ago, the bands' website seems to have immediately buckled under the strain of fans rushing to order.

As of writing the website still returns a server error, and there hasn't been an update on Facebook; thousands of fans, however, are registering their frustration on the page. According to the NME, the album will be available exclusively from the website in download, CD, and vinyl form, and this is the track list:

"She Found Now"
"Only Tomorrow"
"Who Sees You"
"Is This And Yes"
"If I Am"
"New You"
"In Another Way"
"Nothing Is"
"Wonder 2"

In the meantime, here's the video for "Soon" from Loveless. It may make the wait for the site to come back online a little easier, but we suppose the opposite is also true.

Update: The website is now coming back online, though it appears to be still experiencing heavy traffic — clicking through to the "Buy Now" page doesn't seem possible yet, and the information pages about the band are returning server errors.

Update 2: My Bloody Valentine's site now appears to be successfully completing orders and fulfilling downloads. There are three purchase options for the album: digital download (in high-bitrate MP3 or WAV formats), digital download and CD, or digital download, CD, and vinyl.
