While the company's recent focus may have been on mobile, today Apple has released the latest version of the Mac operating system: OS X 10.8.3. The update includes a number of security and bug fixes, but in what will be a benefit for dual-booting users, the update now provides Boot Camp support for installing Windows 8. The update also includes Safari 6.0.3 and the ability to redeem iTunes gift cards straight from the Mac App Store using your computer's camera. If you're a Mountain Lion user and would like to try out the update for yourself, it's available now through the Mac App Store.
