Artist Dina Kelberman wants to be Google... but instead of asking you to search for what you want, she draws you along into a web of interconnected images. The long-running Tumblr I'm Google selects and orders a seemingly endless string of photos that Kelberman has culled from the internet, moving hypnotically from crashing dune buggies to heaps of pumpkins to dirty windows. NPR's Robert Krulwich compares it to a Siren's call, and Kelberman is quoted in Wired saying the blog appeals to our innate love of organization. "It’s easier to deal with the universe if we catalog it," she says.
