The Xbox One is to get its own version of block-busting smash hit Minecraft. There are few details yet on Minecraft: Xbox One Edition, but the game will follow the success of its Xbox 360 predecessor, which was the most successful Xbox Live Arcade title of all time.
An Xbox One version was far from a sure thing, however — original Minecraft creator Markus "Notch" Persson was less than complimentary about the new Microsoft console upon its initial reveal last month.
I wanted a game console, not a voice and gesture based tv remote box. :/
