After many rumors and even a press photo leak, Samsung revealed the Galaxy NX today at its Premiere 2013 event. The Galaxy NX is an Android-based mirrorless camera with a large sensor and interchangeable lenses. About that sensor: it's a 20.3-megapixel APS-C sensor, just like the one found in the company's high-end mirrorless cameras.

Unlike Samsung's regular cameras, the Galaxy NX runs Android 4.2.2 with Samsung's TouchWiz skin, and features a 1.6GHz quad-core processor and Wi-Fi / LTE connectivity. Samsung is also including a modified version of the interface it introduced with last year's Galaxy Camera — it's a touchscreen re-imagining of the manual dials of a regular camera.
