Sony's QX10 and QX100 lens cameras were already a rather peculiar attachment to append to your phone, but Sony's moving into even larger form factors by making them attachable to tablets as well. The SPA-TA1 mount that's just been announced makes it possible to strap a QX camera to slates as large as the 11.6-inch VAIO Tap 11 and comes with a full range of six arms with which to accommodate devices of most sizes. The Japanese release for the new mount is expected on April 4th for roughly $36 (¥3,675), though keep in mind that you don't actually need one to use a QX lens with your tablet — this is purely for the physical convenience.
