LG's webOS TV has the one of the best smart TV interfaces we've seen yet, but how did it get there? To find out, we sat down in our studio with webOS’s head of product management and design, Itai Vonshak, and Colin Zhao, director of product management for LG's Silicon Valley Lab. We got to the bottom of it all in a discussion about how webOS works (no phones are in the works), why had to be done to put it on a TV, and — yes — Bean Bird. Vonshak and Zhao actually started working on the TV interface months before the LG acquisition, and there's still work ahead. This February, LG will start telling developers how to create apps for webOS TV. Check it all out in our video.
