Nintendo UK's official store has a listing for an upcoming downloadable pack of content for Mario Kart 8, due in November. Link, from the Legend of Zelda, will be a playable racer, as will Mario in a Tanooki suit. Later, in another pack, you can play as a villager from Animal Crossing. Each pack will include eight new courses. MK8 is already the best Mario Kart ever, and now it's about to give Super Smash Bros a run for its nostalgic money.

Current status: staring at one tab with Link on a motorcycle and another with Amazon's page for the Wii U and yet another more with our completely accurate review of the Wii U, which has been an all around failure for Nintendo. Things will be clicked, I can't say whether they will be close buttons or buy buttons.
