9to5Mac has obtained Apple's retail gameplan, and it's a fascinating look behind the scenes of the company's on-the-ground workings. Some of the details are just interesting — "hold back 4% of overall inventory by SKU" in case someone's pre-order is busted out of the box and they need to grab another one. Overall, though, it's a great look at what the other side of your Friday will be like. So please, if you're picking up an iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus on Friday, be nice.
