Amazon Prime's free shipping is always most useful when you've got a lot of shopping to do, so luckily, ahead of Black Friday and Christmas, the retailer is offering UK customers Prime for £59 instead of £79. It's a decent saving for a year's worth of Prime membership, which includes not only free two-day shipping, but also access to Amazon's various music and video streaming platforms, and the opportunity to use Prime Now — the company's one-hour delivery service (available only in London and Birmingham at the moment).
New Prime members will also get early access to Amazon's Black Friday and Lightning deals. (Although, these deals tend to be a bit hit and miss — it's not always saving money on a new iPad, for example, as much as it is getting 47 percent off gel insoles and personal shredders.) Anyone wanting to take advantage of the Prime deal will have to hurry, with the £20 saving only available in the UK until Wednesday November 18th.
