Erykah Badu's recent cover of Drake's everyone-can-dance track "Hotline Bling" will appear on her upcoming mixtape, But U Caint Use My Phone. On Twitter, Badu announced she'd be dropping the mixtape's second single today, in the form of a Periscope music video created in real time.

Another mixtape single

The mixtape will be Badu's first project since 2010's New Amerykah Part Two (Return of the Ankh), an album that featured "Widow Seat," another single whose video was shot in an unusual way. In the "Window Seat" clip (inspired by a similar Matt & Kim video), Badu stripped naked at the site of John F. Kennedy's assassination in Dallas, TX. Badu said she shot the video in one take with no crew and then ran away.

Badu hasn't given any details about what today's Periscope video will look like, or what song it will be for, but it will undoubtedly be worth a watch. The video will premiere live from Las Vegas at 7PM ET today.
