GoPro will now allow Apple Watch users to control their camera straight from their wrist. As part of the latest update to its iOS app, GoPro has added an Apple Watch app with simple controls like start / stop recording, camera previews, and the ability to add highlight tags. While GoPro has offered a wearable remote for some time, the new Apple Watch app could be much more convenient for casual users.

The main iOS and Android GoPro apps have also been overhauled with a brand new design, and have gained the ability to pull still images straight from your videos. The updates are now available in the App Store and Google Play.
