Poll: Who’s NOT seeing the Star Wars?
December 18th, 2015

Last night my Instagram and Twitter feeds exploded with images of ticket stubs for The Force Awakens. Granted, I follow a lot of geeky people, many of whom were lined up for the midnight US box-office openings. But I didn’t expect the appeal to be so universal.
The Wrap reports that Episode VII already took in $50 million from Thursday-night previews in the US, easily besting the record $43.5 million earned by Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 when it premiered in 2011. That puts it on track to top the $208 million weekend record set by Jurassic World over the summer.
It seems the whole world is going to see the latest Star Wars. So rather than ask the obvious, let’s take a poll of who’s NOT going to see Star Wars: Episode VII — The Force Awakens. Then tell us why not in the comment below.
