When you've had a bad day and you're feeling down and life feels like it's just too much, remember DJ Khaled's social media presence is a thing that exists. The Miami-based radio personality and producer behind poetic musings like "All I Do Is Win" is known for dropping life advice on platforms Twitter and Snapchat with helpful posts on getting ahead and keeping your teeth clean and such. Now he's gone and made another one with a video designed to distill the mighty Khaled wisdom into a minute and a half Shia LaBeouf-style motivational speech.

The short clip called "Wise Words," from production company Music Choice, features Khaled in high-contrast black and white. But it's when he quotes the signature Galaxy Quest motto, "Never give up, never surrender," that his message of self-worth and perseverance truly hits home. Unless Khaled is a fan of late '90s Tim Allen or sci-fi parody, it's safe to say he made the reference inadvertently, having absorbed it from the internet meme machine. But one thing's for sure: Alan Rickman could sure use some of Khalad's wise words right about now.
