The NWA biopic Straight Outta Compton hits theaters this summer, and a second trailer for the film is making its debut this afternoon. The first preview already introduced the world that the members of NWA are coming out of, and this second trailer hones in on the struggles that they're facing as they leave — the backlash over their music and message, encounters with the police, and their changing circumstances as they begin breaking into rap. The trailer also throws in a bunch of flashy cool stuff like concerts and cars, but who's complaining: of course we want to see some performances. There's also a ton of Paul Giamatti this time around. The film is scheduled to open August 14th.
