Nintendo's E3 puppet show is delightful and terrifying

Nintendo's E3 presentations have a knack for being a little odd, and the company isn't disappointing in 2015 with a presentation that's taking place almost entirely with... puppets. The video starts with a stagehand pulling an impressively-accurate puppet recreation of Nintendo CEO Satoru Iwata from his office. Iwata then bops down the hall where he grabs Nintendo America COO Reggie Fils-Aimé, who is busy doing push-ups in his dressing room (his "puppet body is ready," of course). They then take a long, vaguely stalker-esque walk before picking up Shigeru Miyamoto.

The trio then head to the studio, where they start turning into various animals — both to represent various Nintendo characters, and because it's really, really weird. It's like a bizarro-world version of The Muppet Show, so it's just about the best thing ever.
