Tokyo Games Show — Japan's biggest annual video game event — begins on Thursday, but Sony is getting the jump on the competition. The PlayStation creator is holding a press conference today at 4PM Japanese time (3AM ET), during which we're expecting it to talk about its upcoming slate of games, its plans for the future of the PS4, and its virtual reality headset, Project Morpheus.

Sony will be live streaming the event in English. That stream is set to start at 3PM JST (2AM ET), but the actual conference itself isn't scheduled to begin until an hour later, meaning early birds might be subjected to an hour of pre-show trailers.
