We knew Netflix's Judd Apatow-produced Pee-wee movie was going to premiere at SXSW, and now we know the public won't have to wait long to see it themselves: Pee-wee's Big Holiday is going to arrive on the service on March 18th. Netflix snapped up the Paul Reubens comeback vehicle as an exclusive in February of last year, and it's going to join movies like Beasts of No Nation and Adam Sandler's The Ridiculous Six on Netflix's roster of original films. (I'm guessing it's a little more like the latter than the former in terms of tone and comedic appeal.) Reubens has been working on the movie alongside Apatow and writer Paul Rust for a half-decade.

In addition to Reubens, the movie stars Joe Mangianello, Jessica Pohly, and Alia Shawkat, and it was directed by Wonder Showzen veteran John Lee. According to Netflix, "a fateful meeting with a mysterious stranger inspires Pee-wee Herman to take his first-ever holiday in this epic story of friendship and destiny." You'll be able to figure out what that means for yourself in a little under two months.
