Girls' fifth season is premiering in just over a month, and another batch of new footage was released this afternoon. If you're even the slightest bit familiar with the show's hyper-neurotic banter and romantic complications, you'll feel at home watching the clip. Hannah (Lena Dunham) is overcoming "the challenges of her non-traditional body type"; Shoshanna (Zosia Mamet) loves Japan so much she must've "created this country in [her] mind"; Marnie (Allison Williams) doesn't want Hannah to end up alone like Cher. (She takes the Cher comparison as a compliment, and I would too.) The ascendant Adam Driver pops up, but he's only there for a second — blink and you'll miss him. (At least he gets more screen time than Marnie's absent fiancé.)
Girls will be back in full force on HBO on February 21st.
