HBO has released the second episode of Westworld two days ahead of its scheduled premiere this Sunday. The episode, titled "Chestnut," is now available to watch on HBO Now, HBO Go, and HBO On Demand.

As Entertainment Weekly points out, the advance release is an effort by HBO to avoid losing viewers the second presidential debate between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, which will air this Sunday during Westworld's 9PM ET time slot. Just one episode in, Westworld has already received praise from critics, and its premiere last week was the most-watched debut episode of any HBO series since the first season of True Detective in 2014. Around 3.3 million viewers tuned in for the Westworld premiere, according to EW.

HBO recently made Westworld's first episode available to watch online for non-subscribers, something the network has done previously for shows like Veep and Girls.
