Can you feel it? That thick, highly-produced, corporate haze in the air can only mean one thing: the 58th Grammy Awards are coming. Tonight, starting at 8PM ET / 5PM PT, you can watch host LL Cool J compulsively lick his lips as he introduces live performances from artists such as Taylor Swift (seven award nominations), Kendrick Lamar (11 nominations), and The Weeknd (seven nominations). Weirdly, each Grammy awarded on stage will be equipped with an embedded #GoPro camera — aka, the “GrammyCam” — guaranteed to capture some awkward angles of music’s most glamorous millionaires. The second-screen feed starts streaming live from the red carpet at 3PM ET / Noon PT.

Wednesday is the kickoff to Recode’s Code/Media conference. This year’s media and technology mixer features speakers like the Academy Award-winning filmmaker Spike Jonze, and senior executives and editors from the likes of Hulu, FanDuel, Major League Baseball, Vevo, ESPN, Sony Pictures, and Cosmopolitan. The unscripted interviews conducted by Walt Mossberg, Kara Swisher, and Peter Kafka are always entertaining and often newsworthy.

On the entertainment beat, Wednesday also sees the season three return of BFF’s Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer in Comedy Central’s Broad City. Then Friday’s the premier of Robert Eggers’ debut feature The Witch. The horror film was one of our favorite’s from last year’s Sundance Film Festival, and features Anya Taylor-Joy as a young girl accused of witchcraft.

Friday, is also the last day to register your drone (any unit weighing between 0.55 pounds and 55 pounds) with the FAA. Flying an unregistered drone after that date could get you a civil fine up $27,500, or a criminal fine up to $250,000 and three years in pokey.
