First Click: Aston Martin Hypercar, Mr. Robot, NASA's Juno climax, and more in the week ahead

July 4th, 2016

Happy 4th of July America. Apologies for the Independence Day remake, you deserve better on this, the occasion of your British exit, 240 years before the ironic Brexit sequel.

Aston Martin and Red Bull Racing are said to be unveiling the so-called AM-RB 001 Hypercar, aka Project Nebula, on Tuesday July 5th. Only 99 will be built at a purchase price between £2 and £3 million ($2.65 and $3.98 million).

Fujifilm is rumored to be holding a VIP press day on Thursday, July 7th with Fujirumors calling for the launch of an X-T2.

In tech, we’ll be taking some deeper looks at the Samsung Gear Fit2, the Misfit Ray, the ily multi-generation phone, a North Face backpack, and something we’ll just call "The Beyoncé headphones."

In entertainment, we’ll be sharing our thoughts on new music releases from Lindstrøm, Shura, and Aphex Twin this week. We’ll also be taking a closer look at Mr. Robot Season 2 ahead of its July 13th premiere, as well as Any Given Wednesday with Bill Simmons.

But all this and more is yet to come. First, let's get caught up on the weekend that was.
