Infiniti naming

While I definitely agree with the recent article on irritation with alphabet-soup style naming, I don't understand the confusion with Infinity, especially compared to their old scheme, which I really did find confusing. FX/QX/M/G/etc, it was a mess.

Now, it's simple: Sedans, coupes and convertibles are Q, starting with the 30 and getting successively larger & pricier up to the 70. An 'h' at the end means hybrid, an 'l' means long wheelbase. CUV's and SUV's are QX, starting with 30 and going up to 80, with each jump being pricier. The fact that the QX70 is pricier than the QX60 while also being smaller is a bit weird, but that's because it's also sportier.
