The Elder Scrolls: Legends is a collectable card game from Bethesda that gathers together various characters and items from across the lore of the company’s popular fantasy game series and puts them all into a digital card game format. It launched on PC a couple weeks ago, and today it’s making its way to the iPad as a free download.

It is, under no circumstances, to be confused with Hearthstone, a collectable card game from Blizzard that gathers together various characters and items from across the lore of the company’s popular fantasy game series and puts them all into a digital card game format. It is also not to be mixed up with Gwent, a collectable card game from CD Projekt Red that gathers together various characters and items from across the lore of the company’s popular fantasy game series and puts them all into a digital card game format.

Bethesda is also planning to release The Elder Scrolls: Legends on Android tablets in April, Macs in May, and iOS and Android phones sometime this summer. Along with the iPad release, Bethesda also announced the first major expansion, The Fall of the Dark Brotherhood, which will be released April 5th and add new story missions and over 40 new cards to the game.
