Earlier this year, Apple introduced a new initiative called “Everyone Can Create,” a curriculum focused around using the iPad as a tool for students to learn more about music, video, photography, and drawing. It’s been used by 350 schools as a preview and today, Apple says it’s available to all.

The Everyone Can Create curriculum includes four project guides available in Apple Books with a total of 300 lesson ideas. Each guide contains a series of projects that help students progressively build skills in the aforementioned creative areas, learning vocabulary and techniques specific to each field. The lessons aren’t specific for arts teachers, but can be used across disciplines.

Everyone Can Create is designed to make use of Apple’s newly introduced affordable iPad with Pencil support for schools, and uses built-in tools like Clips, iMovie, and GarageBand. While the curriculum is posited as creative in nature, it’s also pushing students to become savvy with making things digitally at a young age.

The curriculum series is now available in English everywhere Apple Books is available, and Apple says additional languages will be available by the end of 2018.
