Want to know what people think about the iPads and iPhones having FaceID yet the MacBooks using a fingerprint sensor. Seems kind of weird, redundant and not focused. Is it just because they don't want to change the webcam area? Windows laptops have had Windows Hello for years. Seems like Apple is 'pushing forward' with FaceID on phones and tablets yet really 'lagging' on laptops.
They also kept the jack on the laptops. Are MacBook users simply more legacy and want older methods? Or did they already cause enough of a stink about the lack of ports and function keys?
What do ya'll think?
