Not embargoed, so why are we not hearing more about it?

It's somewhat amusing that Microsoft *just had* a Surface event (for their $399 Surface Go that I'm totally not embargoed for but wish I was), but all the real excitement is over a dual-screen concept pocketable Surface device that may or may not appear this year
