Hi Guys!

I want to make use of my old netbook which is just gathering dust. I have tried running Ubuntu, Lubuntu and Chromium OS on it but none of them run smoothly. I have also tried running Android X86 which runs fine but has trouble booting up for some reason.

I need some recommendations for OSes that run smoothly on Intel Atom N270 CPU with 2 GB RAM. Any and all tips will be appreciated.

P.S. I have recently bought a SATA SSD to make it faster but the above mentioned trials were done on the stock mechanical drive.
