Bloomberg reports that Apple is considering a bid for the rights to stream English Premier League games in the UK, according to “people familiar with the situation.”

This isn’t the first time this has been rumored. If it is true though, Apple TV Plus might provide some competition for Amazon Prime Video, which scored the UK Champions League streaming rights for 2024.
