The Fujitsu Arrows Tab LTE F-01D is a waterproof Android tablet that was introduced in Japan in October of this year, and now looks to be heading to Europe. Netbook Italia caught the tablet being dunked in a tank of water at the Fujitsu Forum in Munich this week, and while the device has only officially been released in Japan, the site says it's coming to Europe and potentially other markets soon. Proofed at up to 1 meter of water, the Arrows Tab also has camera-based gesture controls, so you can interact with it while it's sitting at the bottom of your bathtub, across the kitchen from you while cooking, or however else you're planning on using a waterproof tablet. It seems to be a slightly-less-rugged — but cheaper — competitor to the recently-announced $1,299 Panasonic ToughPad A1, and hopefully Fujitsu will bring it stateside soon.
