Sony is preparing to add three new, cheaper models to its 4K TV lineup. The X700D, the X750D, and the X800D are the latest additions to Sony's XBR lineup, and the new sets will be available in five different configurations:

XBR-49X700D, 49-inch, $999.99 MSRP

XBR-55X700D, 55-inch, $1,499.99 MSRP

XBR-65X750D, 65-inch, $2,299.99 MSRP

XBR-43X800D, 43-inch, $1,299.99 MSRP

XBR-49X800D, 49-inch, $1,499.99 MSRP

As usual with Sony's new TVs as of late, every model runs Android TV, which is probably the best TV OS available today. If you're looking for an HDR set, the 800D is the only model that comes with the next-gen technology out of the box, but Sony says both the 700D and 750D will receive HDR compatibility via a firmware update later in the year.

The new models will go on sale later this month at Amazon and Best Buy, among other retailers, but you can pre-order them today from Sony's website.
