Sennheiser has announced a new pair of wireless headphones, the PXC 550, which comes with pretty exceptional battery life and a companion app that allows you to alter audio levels to your liking. The PXC 550 Wireless will last up to 30 hours with adaptive noise canceling engaged, according to Sennheiser, which is ten hours longer than wireless listening on the Bose QC35.
The PXC 550 Wireless comes with a touch panel on the earcup, and can pause music and phone calls when the headphones are taken off. The headphones are also compatible with Sennheiser's CapTune app, which will let you adjust the equalizer, and personalize the adaptive noise cancellation, audio prompts, and toggle the Smart Pause feature. The PXC 550 Wireless headphones will be available for $399 on Sennheiser's online store and from Amazon later this month.
