LG’s rumored smartwatches are trying hard to be casual

Today we got a clearer look at LG’s rumored new Android Wear flagship smartwatches. Evan Blass tweeted an image of the LG Watch Style in silver and rose gold. The bands and watchface are very neutral, making me think LG is potentially going through its Kim Kardashian camel coat phase.

The LG Watch Style models are rumored to include a 1.2-inch, 360 x 360 screen, 240mAh battery, and 512MB of RAM. Both are also expected to be water resistant and to include 4GB of onboard storage.

A larger sports version is also rumored. It might have a 1.38-inch, 480x480 OLED display, a rubber wrist band, built-in cellular LTE connectivity, GPS, a heart rate sensor, 430mAh battery, and 768MB of RAM.

The devices will be unveiled at an Android Wear event on February 9th. VentureBeat reports that they’ll go on sale in the US the next day.
