If you’ve been patiently waiting for Google to release its Home Max speaker, well today is your lucky day. Google, Best Buy, Walmart, and Verizon have begun selling the Google Home Max speaker. Phandroid first spotted the Best Buy listing, which went live hours before Google's own buy button. Both Google and Best Buy have both the chalk and charcoal versions in stock while Verizon only has the chalk model available. The charcoal version is currently sold out. Walmart's listing has yet to go live, although Google says it's coming.

The $400 Home Max is designed to compete against high-end speakers like Sonos and Apple’s HomePod, whenever that gets released. It complements Google's entire Home lineup, including the original Google Home from last year and the Google Home Mini, which came out earlier this year.
