Does gray or white work?

Razer’s suite of PC gaming accessories is instantly recognizable for its acid-green-and-black color scheme. And while more recent products have taken advantage of the company’s color-changing Chroma system that lets you switch up the glowing neon green for other colors, you’ve still been stuck with the black finish.

Fortunately, it seems Razer has heard your cry for more colors. It’s introducing new lines of some of its Chroma products that come in colors other than matte black. Specifically, there are now Mercury (i.e., white) and Gunmetal (more commonly known as gray) versions of the Blackwidow X keyboard, Lancehead mouse, Kraken 7.1 headphones, and Invicta mouse pad now available on Razer’s site.

Along with adding some variety to Razer’s lineup, the Gunmetal color in particular seems like it’ll match up quite nicely with the more professional gunmetal-colored version of the Razer Blade Stealth that the company launched this summer. At any rate, it’s nice to see that the company is continuing its efforts to offer more variety when it comes to making its products look less they run off of infusions of Mountain Dew.
