Dell’s daily doorbuster sales continue today with a big discount on the 2018 edition of the Alienware 15. You can get one right now for $1,399. This laptop boasts a 15.6-inch 1080p IPS display and high-end specs, including an eighth-generation Intel Core i7 processor, discrete graphics by way of Nvidia’s GeForce GTX 1070, 16GB of RAM, and 128GB of M.2 solid state storage with an extra 1TB of storage on a 7,200RPM spinning drive.

If you don’t game on the go very often, this laptop definitely has enough power to serve as a competent gaming desktop replacement. But for once, coming close to the performance that a gaming desktop can achieve doesn’t have to annihilate your wallet.

Dell says this is a savings of $750. To add in a bit of value perspective here: $1,399 is how much the Alienware 13 currently costs with its last-generation Intel Core i5 processor and a GeForce GTX 1050Ti.

Update 12:12PM ET July 12th: Dell has sold out of the doorbuster units of the Alienware 15, but it has shared with The Verge that another batch will be made available as part of its Cyber Week sale next week. We’ll update this article when the sale goes live, so stay tuned.
