The original Palm Pilot models, the 1000 & 5000, are some of the first commercially successful Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs). The Pilot 1000 & 5000 come with a 125KiB and 500KiB memory capacity in addition to their storage capacity of 500KiB. The memory can be upgraded to a whole megabyte.
