Sony continues its trend of making compact cameras featuring large 35mm full-frame sensors with the Alpha 7R mirrorless interchangeable camera. The 7R boasts a massive 36.4-megapixel CMOS sensor that forgoes the hybrid autofocus system and anti-aliasing filter of its sibling to allow maximum resolution output.
