LG's new L9 continues its L-Series design-centric lineup with a 1GHz dual-core processor, 5-megapixel rear-facing camera, and a 4.7-inch screen. The phone also includes QTranslator, a new app that uses optical character recognition to translate text from 44 foreign languages.
