Sony has refuted an earlier statement in which a spokesperson claimed the Xperia Arc S and Mini Pro would not get Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, saying it was still considering OS updates.
Sony has announced that it will begin upgrading its 2011 Xperia phones to Android 4.0 starting in mid-April. A second round of upgrades will commence in late May or early June.
