On a side note I’d argue it’s always good to have a polished resume. Companies/employers should be pawns in your ‘game of life’ rather than you being a pawn in theirs – which is way too common and unfortunate. Look after yourself, never stop growing, and you’ll be able to help a lot of others too. The engineers and others in the quoted tweets above seem to embody this well; grateful for what they’ve done and learnt, humble about the people they’ve crossed paths with, but looking ahead of what more can be achieved. Great attitude IMO.
