I totally forgot it ever existed. Now I remember I thought it was a cool idea when they announced it.

You’re referring to Musk’s tweet, right? Yes, it’s unneeded and spiteful.

In a related news, California just made it a lot harder for companies to cover up harassment and abuse . No wonder why Musk left — it’s harder to be himself in California.

Another good reason to delay upgrade.

I’m surprised Intel has figured out Youtube.
Looks like most of it is just another fresh coat of paint and moving things around. (They decided to repaint the Settings yet again!) And they didn’t even finish "painting" some of the corners. I can’t see why I’d upgrade just to re-learn where things are (again!), with little (if any) benefit in productivity.
And why the hell is the "launcher"/Start Menu limited to such small window? What’s the point of leaving all that real estate? It should show the user as many of installed apps as possible because that’s what the user is looking for when he opens the launcher — he isn’t interested in seeing the desktop. Instead of working on new coats of paint, Microsoft should focus on reviewing this type of design and UI non-sense.
