If he really does not have the fund to buy Twitter at $44b, that is his problem really. He was the one who made the proposal and signed it. If the lawsuit goes in favor of Twitter, unless Elon declares bankruptcy, at which the banks will take positions of everything he owns for its base value, or else he will have to come up with the money; sell the factories, sell the businesses, he is on the hook to pay twitter $44b.
Agree. We will never get these reports straight from Tesla. So the best estimate that can be referenced are from reports from the news or reports that were made public.
Take these set of data for what they are, a consolidate data base from information that is available to the public.

I think some people just want someone or something to blame. In some people’s mind, they believe it is their right to speed down the highway at 150m/h and claim it is the fault of the other driver for driving too slow, so they were forced to drive at a high speed to avoid dealing with the speed limit obeying driver.

There is a website that consolidated all the reports of accident involving Tesla. They include year, location, which tesla model was involved, casualties, number of people (driver and passenger) in the vehicle, how many other vehicle was involve, and auto pilot involvement etc. with source link and investigation conclusion. Base on the data, total death involving AutoPilot is 15 since it was distributed back in Oct 2015.
Keep in mind, this collection of data are only limited to what was reported on the news. So the number could be higher.
